From I-83S: take exit 4 to merge onto MD-2 S / St. Paul Street. Continue straight on St. Paul Street for 0.5 miles, then turn right onto E. Franklin Street. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto N.     The 501 is located on West Franklin Street, which is considered to be the northern border of Downtown Baltimore and is sometimes referred to as the Seton Hill neighborhood.
